The LD36 uses compressed, coconut-based activated carbon with an extensive internal surface area that captures a wide range of unwanted substances as water passes through the cartridge.

Maximum filtration capacity: 36,000 litres
 
The cartridge should be replaced when either the maximum capacity or the recommended service interval is reached, whichever comes first.
